Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques conducted by distributing online questionnaires. The research utilized purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 100 customers who have made direct purchases at Mie Toree Klampis Surabaya restaurant, aged over 17 years old. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25. The analysis showed that all statements from each variable in the questionnaire were valid, with r count ≥ r table of 0.1564, and all statements from each variable were reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value ≥ 0.60. The Multicollinearity test indicated that there was no multicollinearity between variables, with tolerance values ≥ 0.10 and VIF ≤10. The result of the P. Plot of Regression test showed that the data used in this research was normally distributed and spread around the diagonal line. The heteroscedasticity test did not indicate any heteroscedasticity symptoms in the regression model. The multiple linear regression equation in this research is Y = 0.666 + 0.494 X1 + -0.250 X2 + 0.041 X3 + 0.009 X4, indicating the influence of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Price, and Location on Customer Satisfaction at Mie Toree Klampis Surabaya restaurant. The t-test analysis showed that: 1) Store Atmosphere significantly influenced customer satisfaction with a t count of 11.840 > 1.661 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) Service Quality negative and significantly influenced customer satisfaction with a t count of -4.573 > -1.661 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Price did not significantly influence customer satisfaction with a t count of 0.584 < 1.661 and significance of 0.561 > 0.05. 4) Location did not significantly influence customer satisfaction with a t count of 0.587 < 1.661 and significance of 0.558 > 0.05.
