Abstract
Performance Improvement of an organization or company is a very important factor to be able to survive in a highly competitive world. The overall performance of a company. Supporting factors in determining the policy, using the Sink's and Tuttle Model method is a method that is able to describe the performance as a complex relationship from the seven criteria to the following criteria: Productivity, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Quality, Innovation, Quality of Work Life, Profitability. In the measurements carried out with Sink ’s and Tuttle and weighted using AHP Expert Choice Software, it obtained 4 KPI Productivity, 3 KPI Effectiveness, 3 KPI Efficiency, 4 KPI Quality, 1 KPI Innovation, 2 KPI Work Life Quality, 2 KPI Profitability. The order of criteria that is important for the continuity of performance starts from the largest sequence based on the results of weighting by using Expert Choice Software, namely Quality Criteria 0.214, Productivity Criteria 0.167, Profitability Criteria 0.155, Innovation Criteria 0.154, 0.121 Efficiency Criteria, 0.101 Effectiveness Criteria, Quality of Work Life Criteria 0.087. Performance Measurement at PT. X by using the Sink, and Tuttle Method approach and weighting using the AHP Shingga Choice Choice Software obtained Performance value 2,282.
