Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of determining and analyzing the influence of social influence, effort expectancy, and habit on the behavioral intention of Brimo application users in Surabaya. This study is a quantitative research that uses data collection techniques conducted through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Form. The study uses purposive sampling method. The population in this study is Brimo application users in Surabaya who are aged 17 and have an ID card. The sample used in this study is 75 respondents. This research uses SPSS version 29 in data processing. The data analysis technique used in this study is validity and reliability tests, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of social influence, effort expectancy, and habit have a significant effect on the behavioral intention of Brimo application users in Surabaya. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that Y = 0.097 + 0.294X1 + 0.357X2 + 0.322X3. The coefficient of determination results in an r-square value of 0.663 or 66.3% of the adjusted r-square value of 0.649 or 64.9%, which means it contributes strongly to behavioral intention. The t-test results obtained from the social influence variable (X1) with t-count 3.499 > t-table 1.99394. The effort expectancy variable (X2) with t-count 3.407 > t-table 1.99394. The habit variable (X3) with t-count 4.375 > t-table 1.99394.
