Abstract

The development of the thrift business is growing rapidly, resulting in many competitors in this business. This is what makes used clothing sellers are required to always increase the trust and quality of the product.
This study aims to determine the effect of price, trust and product quality on the decision to purchase used clothing at Yuanmas Thrift Store Surabaya. The population in this study is used clothing consumers at Yuanmas Thrift Store Surabaya. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling with a total sample of 75 respondents.
Data processing used SPSS version 26, with the results of the validity test of each statement item being valid or r count > r table 0.2272 with a significant level of < 0.05. The reliability test showed that the variables in this study were reliable by showing the Cronbach Alpha value 0.60. The normality test showed that this study met the assumption of normality and the data showed a normally distributed pattern. The multicollinearity test in this study resulted in a tolerance value > 0.10 and a VIF value < 10 where there was no multicollinearity and the heteroscedasticity test in this study showed that there was no heteroscedasticity. The regression model is Y = -1.614 + 0.249 (X1) + 0.359 (X2) + 0.349 (X3) and the coefficient of determination test produces an R square value of 0.692 while the adjusted R is 0.679 which shows the X variable contributes strongly to purchasing decisions (Y) . In the t-test, the results showed that the price (X1) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t_count value of 2.884 > t_table 1.99394 with a significant level of 0.005 <0.05. Trust (X2) = t_count 4.790 > t_table 1.99394 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable (X3) = t_hitung 5.151 > t_table 1.99394 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
