Abstract

Effective performance measurement is a crucial element in
ensuring the successful implementation of organizational
strategies. This study integrates the Balanced Scorecard
(BSC) framework with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to
comprehensively evaluate the performance of logistics service
providers. This method is designed to address the limitations
of traditional BSC by considering the interrelationships and
interdependencies among performance indicators. The
analysis process involves determining priority weights using
pairwise comparisons, conducted through ANP software. The
results reveal that the "Dedicated Employees" indicator has
the most significant impact on organizational performance,
followed by "Sales Growth" and "Operational Cost
Efficiency." Meanwhile, indicators such as "Transportation
Capability" and "Product/Service Quality" rank the lowest in
priority. These findings emphasize the importance of
strengthening human resources and financial efficiency to
enhance the competitiveness of logistics service providers.
This study contributes to the development of a holistic
approach to strategic performance measurement while
offering a practical framework for managers to design datadriven organizational strategies. Moreover, the integration of
BSC and ANP has proven effective in capturing the complex
dynamics among strategic elements, providing deeper insights
for decision-making.
