Abstract
Insight of the Archiepelago is an Indonesia Naional prespecive which means the Indonesiam Naional prespecive based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia regarding its archipelago and the develpoment within that territory. The iniial concept of the archipelago insight was upgraded to a naional insight, namely the insight used to achieve the naional goals set out in the Preamble to the 1945 Consituion. Paying atenion to the geographic posiion of Indonesia,which is located between two coninents (Asia and Australia) and two samudra (Paciic and Indian), to mainian the existence and independence of the Republic of Indonesia, the Concept of Archipelago and Naional Resileince was developed. The goal to be achieved is the welfare othe people, threrfore planning is needed in the implementaion of economic acivities through theeconomic system and the main element is ideology nmely Pancasila, so that it is called Pancasila Economic System ( SEP). This system prioriizes mutual prosperity not the prosperity of individuals (individuals), therefore it is necessary to have the independence of the Naions to ensure the sustainability of the realzaion of public welfare. The thinking is based on the theory of jusice and the theory of welfare as well as the Pancasila Economis System. In addiion, a suicieny philosphical study is included on various theories about Indonesian people, theories about kindship understanding, and economic theories that support Pancasila Econmic System (SEP). The study isto provide a single discourse in determining a strategy to guarantee the sustainability of aciviies aimed at realizing the general welfare of people, especially the Indonesian people. However, it should be noted that poliical decisions also afect SEP because poliical decisions are a form of poliical paricipaion to protect various economic interests. Without poliical inluence, it will be diicult to block economic policies without interference. Therefore, economic development through the Pancasila Economic System (SEP), based on the concept of archipelago insight and naional resilience needs to be implemented immediately in order to realize Indonesia’s Economic Independence.
