Abstract
Companies with intermediate categories make employees concurrently in tasks that should be separated. Recording sales transactions conducted with the help of software will make it easier than the manual way. Therefore, it takes the design of computerized sales accounting system to process the report data so that the work done can be efficient and effective. This study aims to find out how Accounting Information Systems Design Sales and Inventory at UD. Surya Agung in Surabaya. The object of this research is UD. Surya Agung which is a trading company engaged in paper distributor. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The stages of data analysis is done by identifying the sales process, designing accounting information, sales and inventory cycle Sales report design, inventory report along with the age of receivables at UD. Surya Agung. Based on the research that has been done and supported with data obtained from the research result that is The system in UD. Surya Agung still can not be said to be good for recording transactions of the company has not run optimally. Card stock that has not been used to the maximum, a lot went wrong input data goods in stock and the difference gudang.Data - customer data that has not been updated. Lack of control of accounts receivable due to the lack of a system to input customer age of receivables. Internal control is weak, so a lot of procedures - procedures company still has not run optimally.
