Abstract
Human resources are one of the important assets a company has in the framework of achieving company goals. Company goals can be achieved if the company has optimal employee performance. This will affect the sustainability of the company itself, employees who are able to improve their performance will have an impact on the company's sustainability in the long term. One company in Indonesia that has been able to survive and develop to date is PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya. One of the factors that can influence the sustainability of the company is the performance of its employees. This research aims to examine the influence of work motivation, innovative work behavior, and perceived organizational support on the performance of PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya employees. This research is quantitative research using a purposive sampling technique which was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google forms, and processed by SPSS version 26. The sample used in this research was employees of PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya, totaling 105 respondents with the criteria of employees who have worked above 2 years. The results of data processing stated that all statement indicators for each variable in the questionnaire were declared valid with rcount ≥ rtable of 0,1614, and all tested variables were declared reliable with a cronbach’s alpha value ≥ 0.07. The results of the P-P Plot normality test show that the data used in this study forms a normal distribution pattern. The results of the multicollinearity test show that there are no symptoms of multicollinearity between the independent variables and each independent variable has a tolerance value > 0,10 and VIF < 10. The results of the heteroscedasticity test show that there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity on the graph, because the points are spread randomly, then spread out. above and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of the multiple linear regression equation formula in this study are Y = 2,219 + 0,105 X1 + 0,291 X2 + 0,191 X3. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation, innovative work behavior, and perceived organizational support on employee performance of PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya, based on the customized R square value, is 53,2%. The results of the t test data analysis show that (1) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,020 ≤ 0,05 and a t value of 2,362 ≤ 1,98373, (2) innovative work behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,001 ≤ 0,05 and a t-count value of 3,272 ≤ 1,98373, (3) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,002 ≤ 0,05 and a t-count value of 3,205 ≤ 1,98373.
