Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of debt to total asset ratio, devident payout ratio, fixed asset to total assets in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. debt to total asset ratio, (DER), devident payout ratio, (DPR), fixed asset to total assets (FATA) as independent variables. While the dependent variable price to book value (PBV) as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period as many as 196 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 35 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple linear regression at a significant level of 5 programs used in analyzing data using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that debt to total asset ratio (DER), does not have a significant effect on price to book value, devident payout ratio, (DPR), has a significant effect on price to book value , fixed asset to total assets (FATA) does not have a significant effect on price to book value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
