Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the link between knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation behavior among workers of digital start-ups in Jakarta. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 167 employees, which was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. (SEM). According to the findings, knowledge sharing has a direct and considerable positive influence on the creativity and innovation behavior of digital start-up employees in Jakarta. Furthermore, it was found that creativity have a significant and positive mediating impact on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Encouraging the practice of knowledge sharing among employees can therefore increase employee creativity and have a positive impact on innovative behavior. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence for the relationship between knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation behavior in digital start-ups. The results suggest that digital start-up firms should prioritize knowledge sharing among employees to foster creativity and ultimately improve innovation behavior. This research highlights the importance of knowledge sharing practices in in building a culture of innovation in digital startups. In summary, a culture of knowledge sharing is essential to enhance the creativity and innovation behavior of employees of digital startups. The findings of this study provide insights into the complex relationship between knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation behavior, highlighting the importance of knowledge sharing practices in digital start-up.
