Abstract
This research was conducted at Demira Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service, price, location, and facilities for customer satisfaction at Demira Hotel. The research method used is a quantitative approach, primary data types, with interview and documentation data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques with case study analysis and samples collected by 100 respondents. The results achieved indicate that there is a significant effect of price and facilities on customer satisfaction. In addition there are also location variables that do not affect customer satisfaction and service quality. The recommendation that can be given as a correction or improvement step is that Demira Hotel Gubeng Surabaya must pay attention and look at the parking lot so that customers feel safe and comfortable, and improve the quality of service for customers to feel satisfied.
