Abstract

One of the supporters of the success of a company is to have suppliers that perform well in terms of supply of supplies. If the supplier's performance is bad, it will result in poor company performance. Therefore, carefulness and attention are needed, in terms of making decision related to the suppliers. So far, the assessment of suppliers conducted by PT. Sejahtera Surya Intrio only focuses on quality and service criteria after sales are carried out subjectively. The purpose of this research is to help making decision in terms of selecting suppliers who have a good contribution at PT. Sejahtera Surya Intrio by considering various kinds of supporting criteria by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. As for the order of suppliers who have the best contribution or performance at PT. Sejahtera Surya Intrio is Enseval with the first order with a priority weight priority value of 1.972, the second order is PT. APL with a priority weight of 1.247, the third order is PT. Merapi with a priority weight of 0.696, and the last order is PT.MNJ with the priority weight produced is 0.431. The results of the research that have been obtained are expected to be taken into consideration and guidelines for further development.
