Abstract

Hospital of service now getting competitions for caring interest community was go to take medicine. Each of part hospital had strategy to invite emphaty the community for go to take medicine and survive the patient to be loyality has being treated in the hospital that. The reason of founding result above statements so need to do an experiment more than again. This purpose an experiment is for knew influence of cost, facility and service just the way simultant and partial to make patient of decision for go to take medicine in the Siloam Hospital Surabaya and to know from three variables independent which is very dominant. An experiment of variety with several method make a quesioner, sample that use any 100 repondent along with observation, quesionaire and interview. the data will be processed through several tests such as validity and reability tests, multiple linier regression analyzis, coefficient determinant analysis, classic assumtion analysis and hypotheses testing with F-test and t-test to find the dominant variable. Hyphotheses testing will be processed statistical tool by using SPSS 13.0 As simultaneusly, independent variable (X) has influence toward dependent variable (Y) because Fae (30,199) > Fas (2,669) which means dtermined the patient to take medicine in the Siloam Hospital Surabaya has influence by three independent variables (cost, facility and service) with another means three independent variables (cost, facility and service) has influence as 56,9% and part again as 43,1 %. As partially, there are three independent variables (X) which are cost (X;) with teae (2,314) > t% (2,277) which means atribute cost has influence toward being treated in hospital decision, facility (X) with tea (3,062) > t% (2,277) which means atribute facility has influence toward being treated in hospital decision and service (X9) with tea (2,336) > t (2,277) which means atribute service has influence toward being treated in hospital decision. As partially three independent variables (X) the most factor dominant which influence to take medicine in the Siloam Hospital Surabaya (Y) will be facility attribute with tea (3,062)> t%a(2,277). In conclusion that is three independent variables (X) which are cost, facility and service has infuence simultaneously and partially is good being treated in the hospital (Y). And suggestion for next an experiment more than again can do testing another variables do not get an experiment now
