Abstract

This research is done due to the leakage of high parking retribution receipts. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effectiveness of parking retribution management in the city of Surabaya. The method used is by conducting interviews with the Surabaya City Transportation Agency, especially parking service technical implementation unit. The period used in this research is between 2015-2017. Research Result: 1. The realization of parking retribution receipts has increased over the period 2015-2017; 2. The receipt of parking fees in the City of Surabaya in 2015 cannot be said to be effective because their effectiveness is below 100%, to be exact 69.33%; 3. The receipt of parking fees in the City of Surabaya in 2016 cannot be said to be effective because their effectiveness is below 100%, to be exact 94.41%; 4. Receipt of parking fees in the City of Surabaya in 2017 can be said to be effective because it has exceeded the target, the effectiveness of parking retribution receipts in 2017 reached 102.92%; 5. The effectiveness of parking retribution management in Surabaya City is good.
