Abstract

Operational Audit is a futured-oriented, systematic, and independent evaluation of organizational activities. Research on operational audit aims to determine employee performance of PT. Vita Berkat Bersinar in Surabaya. Research on employee performance is using qualitative descriptive research method. Method of the research is using Operational Audit steps. Data source of the research contains observasion, interview and questionnaries.
The result of research describe that employee performance of PT. Vita Berkat Bersinar is good and corresponding to SOP (Standart Operating Procedure) besides some exception, which need more improvement.
