Abstract

The Kampoeng Steak outlet is a culinary business outlet that is identical to the steak menu, where fast and precise presentation is needed, so quality human resources are needed. In this case the researcher wants to know the effect of training, work discipline and motivation on the performance of Outlet Kampoeng Steak Surabaya employees. The population in this study were all employees of Kampoeng Steak Outlet as many as 40 employees with a total of 40 respondents. The sample determination method used by the researcher is saturated samples and uses SPSS 2.0 program. In the process of analysis and data processing, researchers use several methods to test the data. Tests used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollonierity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test,) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Terminated Coefficient and t Test. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Analysis, the value of Adjusted R Square is 57.1% which is classified as medium. The t-test results say that the training variable has no significant effect, where it is known that tcount 0.089 <t table 2.02890 with a significant value of 0.930> 0.050. The variable Work Discipline has a significant effect, which is known to tcount 4.837> t table 2.02890 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.050 and the Motivation variable has no significant effect, which is known to tcount 0.891 <t table 2.02890 with a significant value of 0.333> 0.050. Based on a series of tests conducted, it was concluded that Work Discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, while Training and Motivation had no significant effect on employee.performance.
