Abstract

Devidendis the company's net profit which will be distributed to shareholders or investors based on the proportion of share ownership owned. Devidend policy is a decision that determines the amount of devidends to be distributed to shareholders, whether to be distributed all or retained in the form of retained earnings. This study aims to analyze the effect of Free Cash Flow, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and company growth on the DevidendPayout Ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling, in accordance with predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected by as many as 63 companies with a period of 3 years. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, t hypothesis test and multiple linear analysis. By using the SPSS application. The results in this study indicate that Free Cash Flow, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, company growth and the processed Devidend Payout Ratio data show that Free Cash Flow, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and company growth have a significant positive effect on Devidend Payout Ratio.
