Abstract

Tourism is one of the mainstay sectors in increasing economic growth in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Tourism growth in an area cannot be separated from the support of lodging facilities for tourists known as hotels. Hotel is an accommodation offered by an area to tourists. Business growth in Labuan Bajo city is growing.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data in quantitative research are numbers using statistical analysis. The results of the existing population study will be analyzed quantitatively and will test the hypotheses that have been established. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the minimum sample used in this study was 75 people. In this study, the object used by researchers was consumers at Bintang Flores Hotel Labuan Bajo.In the validity test, it was found that every statement submitted to respondents could be said to be valid, because r calculated > t table with a sig level of 0.00 <0.05 and the results of the reliability test stated that all variables had a value of Cronbach's Alpha ˃ 0.6, which means that all variables were declared reliable. The results of the Normality Test state that the data in this study are normally distributed and declared valid. In the Multicollinearity Test, the Tolerance value of all variables is more than 0.1 and the VIF value is less than 10. So it can be concluded that the research data does not experience multicollinearity between independent variables. In the Heteroscedasticity Test, it can be seen below the spreading points above below the number 0 on the Y axis and does not form a clear pattern, so heteroscedasticity occurs in the regression model. Multiple Linear Regression obtained the following regression model: Y=1.305+0.235 X1+0.062 X2+0.211 X3. The test result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.642 which means, of all independent variables, namely service quality, location and facilities can explain the variation in consumer stay decisions by 64.2%. In Test t, it was found that the quality of service and facilities had a significant effect on consumers' stay decisions at Bintang Flores Hotel Labuan Bajo while location did not have a significant effect on consumers' stay decisions at Bintang Flores Hotel Labuan Bajo.
