Abstract

The development of the business world in this globalization era is very rapid. Business competition between companies is getting tougher an making each company is required to pay more attention to the existing inventory activities in the company will evaluate every inventory reporting determination information to run effectively. One may for companies to be effective is by inputting stock data and recording on physical stock cards on goods. PT. Alvan Sukses Abadi in managing to that part of the right procedure because, the company does not have a written standard operating procedure (SOP). In this case the authors use the interview method to obtain information that will be processed in the preparation of inventory SOP conducted by researchers whose future can be used by the company.
