Abstract
As an improvement of Purba's work (Purba et al. 2010), this research will perform simulation by using software ProModel 6.0. The aim of this research is to know how effective the working system of production process of a foundry company is if the working system of production process in its Molding Sand Unit did by using the software. The outcome of the research will be the effective working-hour of workers to prepare the sand to be ready to use in production process of gray cast iron in the foundry company. The effective working-hour will be useful information for the company.
