The results of this data processing using SPSS 22.0, namely: Sense has no effect on customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because a significant value of 0.305> 0.05. Feel does not affect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because a significan value of 0.342 > 0.05. Think does not affect the customer satisfaction of PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of the significant level of 0.249 > 0.05. Act affects the customer satisfaction of PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of the significant level of 0.001 < 0.05.
