Abstract

This study aimed to know the financial performance of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk with Du Pont Analysis System.. The samples of this research were 5 (five) Period of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Financial statement from year 2010 until 2014 listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method use on this research is qualitative method using the result of ratio to interpreting the company performance and make a conclusion. The Analytical method use on this research is Du Pont analysis system diagram, where the diagram used to determine the factor that affect the Return On Equity as the main appraisal on this study. The result on this research showing that financial performance of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk at the year of 2010 are more better than other year of research. While the financial permofance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk at the year of 2013 are not good because of increased cost and exchange rate.The conclusion of this study the financial performance of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. are pretty good with the leverage are the factor for increasing the Return On Equity and the the lowering faktor was Total Aset Turn Over
