Abstract

The 1945 NRI Constitution and Law Number 32 of 2019 concerning Environmental Protection and Management guarantee every citizen to obtain a good and healthy living environment. Meanwhile, environmental conditions in Indonesia from year to year are declining due to pollution and environmental damage. Sustainable development programs (SDGs) are one of the efforts so that the quality of the environment in Indonesia becomes better and can be enjoyedfor the next generation. Universities can apply the concept of green campus to make learning and teaching places comfortable, good and healthy. This study wants to find out how the implementation of higher education green campus in Surabaya and find out the factors that can support the success of the green campus program.Among others, there is funding support for green campus activities, integrated environmental care activities at both the university and faculty levels and socialization that is carried out continuously.
