Abstract

Integrated public space as a communal space in Asem Payung Village is a community service program carried out by the Architecture Study Program to provide a safe and comfortable space for various types of social activities for the residents. The problem is, there is no public space for activities such as the village children's activities. The method used is direct location observation to observe the situation starting with direct interviews with the local community head. The results obtained from this community service activity are a master plan and a form of an open, integrated public space whose realization processes were carried out by means of group discussions with the residents. The plan will be developed into a proposal for an integrated public space so that it may be realized and may create a space for social activities for the residents, who due to lack of an adequate space have been unable to do social activities in fear of interfering with access to road use.
