Abstract
This research aims to investigate and analyze how good corporate governance, human capital, and relational capital impact company value. The study employs an associative approach using secondary data sources, focusing on manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2022. Using purposive sampling, 61 companies were selected for a 3-year research period, resulting in a total of 183 data records. Descriptive Statistical Analysis, employing the Smart PLS statistical test tool, was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that the independent variables (good corporate governance, human capital, and relational capital) can account for a mere 0.4% of the variance in company value, with the remaining 99.6% being explained by other factors. Descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing reveal that while good corporate governance (represented by the board of directors, audit committee, and managerial ownership) does not significantly influence company value (coefficients: -0.041, Sig. 0.390), human capital exerts a negative and significant impact (coefficients: -0.050, Sig. 0.000). On the other hand, relational capital does not have a significant influence on company value (coefficients: -0.020, Sig. 0.136).
