Abstract
Degenerative diseases are difficult to detect because they do not know it or have no symptoms. A person only knows a degenerative disease if it is severe or complications arise. Madiun was once a Covid-19 red zone because many people have degenerative diseases that became comorbid. This community service aims to conduct screening and outreach to the public about the dangers and prevention of degenerative diseases. The partner of this activity is the Indonesian Rock Bethel Church (GBI) in the city of Madiun.Partners are providing places and facilities and collecting respondents. The activity was carried out on September 17, 2022, at GBI Rock Jalan H.A. Salim, Nambangan lor, Mangunharjo District, Madiun City. Activities are carried out by screening for hypertension, cholesterol, gout and diabetes, then counselling. The activity ended with a question-and-answer discussion with the participants. Before and after the counselling, a questionnaire was given, and the result was an increase in the score from 3,18 to 9,14.
