Abstract

Students who receive scholarships have the intention to continue their education to a higher level. A great desire facilitated by the Martinus de Porres Foundation to be able to help students achieve their every dream. However, there are undeniable obstacle that students do not easily adapt to the pattern of education and character needed to become outstanding students. The methods used data collection, observation, program development, program implementation and evaluation of the programs that have been implemented. Martinus de Porres Foundation scholarship recipients are still struggling with achieving self-leadership, namely discipline. While the progress gained is the experience of organizing and solving problems in groups. To emphasize disciplne, it is necessary to give a reward and punishment method. So, it can suppress irregularities. For future recommendations, it is necessary to have consistency of the activity fascilitators. They can provide more or lessthe same input or solutions. Mentoring is caried 3 consecutive to get the result desired by Martinus de Porres Foundation.
