Abstract

This research has a purpose to known the impact of funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability is affecting against the company’s value on bank listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the period 2017-2020. Investation decision (PER), funding decisions (DER), dividend policy (DPR), as independentvariables. While the company value (PBV) as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the auantitative method. The population in this study ware 195 companies. Sample selection technique with purposive sampling technique with a number of samples that meet the criteria of 35 companie. The data analysis technique used in this study was panel data regression analysis with multiple linear regression methods at the significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data using SPSS version 22. Investation decision have a significant positive effect on firm value, study indicate that partially Funding decisions (DER) have a significant negative effect on firm value, dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value on manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2020 Keywords: Investation decision, Funding decisions, Dividend Policy, company value
