Abstract

In the current era of fierce and future food and beverage business competition, we encourage companies to improve their quality and competitiveness by making consistent and continuous improvements in order to meet increasing customer needs. Seeing this condition there is no other way for companies to survive and expand their business by always improving the quality of service to customers through improved performance. Audit management of quality assurance system capable of performing evaluation and assessment on the performance of a company or organization and also able to ascertain how the condition of customer satisfaction. When customer satisfaction can be described and described, it will be used in improving the performance of companies or organizations based on customer satisfaction that will indirectly achieve organizational goals The approach chosen in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with case study conducted on interview, observation and documentation. The result of the research is the suitability of the operational standard of the quality management system, the management responsible for the company's operational standards and internal communications, the fulfillment of competency requirements for resource management, conformity of product realization, and continuous improvement through Customer Voice.
