Abstract

This study aims to facilitate CV. Barokah Lestari Surabaya source in carrying out the process of recording and financial information which previously the company only used manual recording. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Accounting Information System is a system that aims to collect and process data and report information related to transactions, therefore the design of a good Accounting Information System can help improve the efficiency of the process of available data and information in a timely manner. This computer-based accounting information system is created using Microsoft Access 2016 software where this software is also very popular and has a simple structure in the design process. The process flow used includes the design of an Income Entry Flow (flowchart), Database System Design, Design of Supporting Documents for Accounting Information Systems (Service revenues and expenses), Customer Data Reports, Transaction Type Reports, Accounting Information System Design Output Results (Profit and Loss Reports, Maturity Receivables Report.
